the breakfast was great. i found a huge variety of food there and the quality was high. the pool area had a lovely atmosphere, though it was a bit chaotic. i did enjoy the free coffee.
The shower had water that was intermittently cold and hot. It wouldn't settle on a nice consistent temperature. there were no mini bar snacks in the room. the bed was uncomfortable, and i didn't sleep well at all.

the room was adequately clean, i must admit.
Check-in was a bit of a mess. There was no one to guide me to the reception on the third floor. the experience overall wasn't particularly superb, and the staff didn't seem to go above and beyond, as one might expect (maybe my expectations were too high). the welcome amenity was also underwhelming, especially since i couldn't even get an extra bag of cookies for my guest.
